EPC Forecast: Rating Improvement Report & Simple Report

A full report can offer a number of solutions but primarily show the most likely ones according to the assessor, these options are then assessed as to the improved EPC rating, an assumed cost is calculated and a payback period based on predicted fuel reductions. Note, these reports can be client driven as opposed to assessor driven if specific improvement options have been suggested by the client or advisor (surveyor, architect, engineer etc) to the client.
