Contrary to most TM44 inspection companies, the energy consultants who work for Building Energy Group are seasoned HVAC engineers. With a wealth of experience in air conditioning, ventilation, and chillers, we provide the client with an in-depth knowledge of how to achieve tangible improvements by changes in operation, controls, and maintenance.
In addition to the compliance report and certificate, we will provide you with an asset register and F-Gas list for each site we carry out an inspection on.
Our incredibly detailed energy reports are why air conditioning maintenance companies, energy management companies and FM companies use us for their energy compliance needs.
Building Energy Group can provide high volume reporting on sites across the UK and in most cases submit a first draft to you within 72 hours of the site visit.
In addition to TM44 inspections, together with our associates across the UK, we can provide you with EPCs, DECs, ESOS, ISO9001 and more.

Paul Turner
AssociateA Non Domestic L4 assessor in 2008 enabling him to carryout EPCs, BRUKL calculations and Display Energy Certificates, followed by Domestic Assessor in 2009 and TM44 (AC inspections) L3 and L4 in 2010.
He has a BSc (Hons) in Surveying and Mapping and a BETEC OND in building construction.

Fabio Kruger
DirectorFabio has been working in the HVAC industry for 15 years and seeing how inefficiently many buildings function from an energy perspective prompted him to get into energy compliance. He has been a TM44 L4 assessor for over 5 years and is passionate about reducing our carbon footprint.
Fabio lives in SW London.
Chris Wilson
AssociateChris is an independent consultant, specialising in compliance, improving business performance through ISO certification and identifying energy and resource-efficiencies. Chris is a Chartered Energy Manager, Chartered Waste Manager, Chartered Environmentalist, ESOS lead assessor, full member of IEMA and a BSI Certified Lead Auditor. Chris completed a PhD in environmental law in 2011 and has published in multiple peer-reviewed journals. Chris is based in the north west of England.
